I got two chicken breasts in the freezer. It was kept quite sometimes and totally out of my mind tak masak, tak bukak freezer, lupa dan malas la tu... after the other 2 pcs were fried and eaten on the same day I bought .

Cooking oil

Sliced ingredients
1 onion
red chillies
garlic

Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry the chicken meat till cooked. Aside.
Eleminate the oil from the pan till about three tablespoons left. Fry sliced ingredients to half crispy. Sprinkle on fried chicken. Serve.



So, on the last weekends, with 'strong wills' decided no outing for everybody but on Sunday night we had supper with Soup Mamak at Chow Kit (macam mana tuh???) - so rindu... almost ten years I hadn't touch it - at mamak stall la...

Thought of cooking on Sunday... tak jadi jugak... We fetched the children from tuition and had lunch outside. Sent them home and we off --> IKEA . Remind Along to thaw the chicken, so I could do something as soon as I got home.

The idea and the recipe came spontaneously , here it is… used all ingredients that found in the fridge. I used orange instead of lemon, tak der maaaaaaa...

Masa grill tu rasa duk dak duk dak dada ni... takut la jd habuan cik tong. Berbaloi tunggu sampai malam (start pun dah kol 9 mlm)... kena la pada tekak wa ni... mat rock soh buat lagi. Kali ni wa nak try ayam sekor bulat tu... tak mau potong... kalau korang nak try ni resipi wa bagi.

Grilled Chicken

1/2 ekor ayam - bersihkan dan toskan

bahan tumbuk
5 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang merah
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
1/2 inci halia

1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar madu
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu kecil mixed herbs
1 sudu kecil garam

1/2 biji lemon (yg ni wa guna 1/2 biji oren, lemon tak der...)
1 biji bawang besar - potong bulat
2 batang celery - potong2
1 biji tomato - potong2
1 sudu besar minyak zaiton


1. Cucuk2kan ayam dgn garfu.
2. Lumatkan bahan tumbuk dgn garam, campurkan sos tiram, sos tomato, madu dan mixed herbs hingga sebati.
3. Lumurkan campuran bahan tumbuk pada ayam, perahkan lemon dan perap sekurang2nya 30 minit.
4. susunkan separuh tomato, bawang dan celery di dasar dulang pembakar atau kaserol. Letakkan ayam perap diatasnya. Taburkan bahan yang selebihnya. Renjiskan minyak zaiton.
5. Panggang dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan 180 darjah Celcius selama 45 minit.
