Pencuk Nenas

 
Hectic and fatigue... 3 weeks in a row starting with 2 days training and came back to the office - a list of documents was waiting on my table. My boss just SMS what to do with the list because he had left to Kemaman earlier with the other colleague. More than 200 documents to be dragged out from the shelves and be lined up in his room... berpeluh acik... getting worst when he came back to the office... hundreds of documents in his car boot... hohoho... I was assigned to make sure each original and copy must be identical in content. Pening acik... ni keja engineer... belasah jer la... Alhamdulillah... it's over... so now, I have time to daydreaming...

bila dah tak bz tu, dok termenung, tiba-tiba teringat satu juadah arwah mak dr buah nenas... ish... tak pernah jumpa lagi orang lain buat. So, terus call Kak Itam kat JB sebab dia ni ada ciri2 bakat arwah sikit... minta dia ingatkan bahan dan camana nak buat. Sebenarnya senang sangat-sangat... tapi dah ingat2 lupa kan... tak der confident. Arwah mak panggil 'Pencuk Nenas'. Boleh makan dengan nasi atau macam tu jer... peh... air liur dah nak meleleh...



Pencuk Nenas

1 bijik nenas separuh masak
5 biji cili merah (tambah cili api utk lebih pedas)
3 biji bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih
belacan - dibakar
garam dan gula secukup rasa

Nenas dibuang kulit, bersihkan dan racik halus.
Tumbuk cili, bawang merah, bawang putih dan belacan.
Gaulkan nenas dan bahan yang ditumbuk tadi.
Perasakan dengan garam dan gula.
