I would like to share this my simple 'campak2' recipe. Just use whatever available in your fridge and in your cabinets... I saw a half-used packet of oats laying unnoticed, an egg, oyster sauce and bla... bla... bla... here what I got

Oat Chicken with Black Pepper Sauce

Oat coated chicken
2 pcs chicken filets
salt
pepper powder
1 tbsp honey
oats
1 egg - lightly beaten
cooking oil

Season the filets with salt pepper and honey and marinate for 30 minutes (the longer the better).
Deep seasoned filets in the beaten egg and coat with oats. Deep one more time and coat with oats again.
Deep-fry the coated filets. Keep aside to cool.

Black Pepper Sauce
1 onion - diced
garlic - crushed
red chilli - sliced
black pepper sauce
oyster sauce
water
1 tsp lime juice
salt n sugar to taste
cooking oil

Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry garlic, onion and chilli till fragrant. Add in black pepper sauce, oyster sauce and water, bring to boil. Taste for salt and sugar then add in lime juice. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Off fire.

Cut the filets into small pieces - easier to 'ngap!'
Place them in a big plate.
Pour the sauce on top of cut filets. Garnish as desire.

Can be eaten alone as chicken chop with black pepper sauce - my kids did...
Mat Rock said it is more delicious to eat with pasta his taste... I haven't tried...

Pleasant viewing and happy trying!!!
