Banana Bread - by Nikki @

I haven't have any chance to sit in front of my pc accept in the office nowadays. Time is pretty jealous to me. I don't even know what makes me soooooo damn buzy. I go to bed early (12.00 midnight) and can't stay beyond that hrs anymore. I'm getting older...

Ok, for this entry I present my new trial of Banana Bread (it is a cake actually) by Nikki from All Simply delicious!!! - Simple and easy to prepare and yummy!!! Turned out very moist after overnite.


Banana Bread I

* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup white sugar
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 3 bananas, mashed

measurement in metric:
* 190 g all-purpose flour
* 5 g baking soda
* 3 g salt
* 200 g white sugar
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 55 g butter, melted
* 3 bananas, mashed


1. Grease and flour two 7x3 inch loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, soda, salt, and sugar. Mix in slightly beaten eggs, melted butter, and mashed bananas. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into prepared pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
