last nite i had to bake and deco 100pcs of cup cakes for a Nusery. I baked Chocolate Moist recipe from Misleha. I dropped 5 pcs of chocolate chips before they were put in the oven. Topping with chocolate ganache. The outcome... Fantalicious!!!




Here is the recipe... Opps!!1 sorry... the recipe is described in Malay.

CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE

BAHAN-BAHANNYA
250gm Butter
300 gm Castor sugar
1tbs Ovalet
6 biji telur

250 gm All purpose flour
2tsp soda bicabonate
1½ tsp baking powder
Secukupnya Chocolate Chip

PASTE
1 cawan Coco Powder
60 gm Castor Sugar
1¼ cawan Air


CARA-CARANYA
1. Pukul butter + castor sugar + Ovallet sehingga kembang
2. Masukkan telur sebiji-biji
3. Masukkan tepung berselang-seli dengan paste
4. Tuang adunan ke dalam tray berukuran 10 in
5. Bakar 160 mengikut kesuaian oven selama 1 jam


TOPPING COKLAT
300GM Whipping Cream
400gm Cooking Chocolate
1tsp butter

Didihkan whipping cream dengan api sederhana sehingga kelihatan sedikit buble-buble kecil, padamkan api, masukkan chocolate yang telah dipotong kecil-kecil. Kacau sehingga ketulan chocolate tu larut.

Note :
i. Perlu di ingat setengah oven tak sampai 1 jam dah masak
ii. Seeloknya buat topping 1 hari sebelum
